Submitted characters are listed by angel name and birthname to keep the applicants anonymity. The characters are ranked as follows:

• Awaiting Review - character has not been reviewed by council members.
• Under Review - character is being discussed by council members.
• Accept, But - council has decided the submission is acceptable (with possible needs for minor improvements).
• Reject/Revise - council has decided the submission does not meet requirements (but may be salvageable).
• Reject - coucil has decided that the submission does not meet requirements and probably cannot be fixed.
• Auto-reject - Someone was smoking crack and it was probably you. You've ignored some major rule, left something important out, or not submitted on the template.
• Withdrawn - applicant has withdrawn their submission
• Not Available - rejected due to the character not being available anymore

If a submission is not listed below, is possibly due to the submission not being received or not being complete (ie: missing the sample story).

Note from the Council: Wow, the apps this time were UNIVERSALLY AWESOME. In fact, they were a little too awesome: we did have a couple people apply for the same spot (bastards making us choose). We're really pleased to be able to accept so many new faces into the game (and some old ones!). We have got a double whammy of both awesome characters and new diversity. Lashuh Gallagher - Accept, But

After an agonizing contemplation of both Nathaniel apps, we decided in the end to accept Enid in the position as the Elemental King; we thought in the end that Lashuh was flexible enough to be accepted into another position, in this case we want to accept him as Angel of the Hearth. (Which is what we think you were sort of going with fire in the first place - we're just also gonna make you spell is "Laise", because Laise is SO SEXY A NAME. We loved both characters so badly, and there is not enough space to write about how much we loved both Enid and Laise. Please talk to use about your new sphere (you get to pick the name! Fun times at Ridgemont High!). For Enid you get a big ol' ACCEPT and Laise gets ACCEPT BUT at the proviso that you come in as our badass Angel of the Hearth. After deciding, we also considered that you can keep your attack. Hooray hooray!

Sadriel

Will Rhodes - Accept

Thank you for making all the revisions you did and we now feel that Will is a well-rounded character of BADASS. We finally have a Sadriel. So happy. Accept.

Jessica Fortunato - Accept, But

The only problem we had with Jessica this time - thank you for badass revisions - is ditch the sword; we'll help you pick another weapon in-game, but even though it's a fencing saber we're going to err on the edge of caution over here. Apart from that detail, however; Accept But.

Judith Weyland - Accept

FINALLY, ANOTHER REALLY HOT BLACK CHICK. (We didn't accept you solely because you were a hot black chick but ICING ON THE CAKE.) It was a really difficult application to do well, but you came through beautifully. ALSO: BALD. This is exactly what we wanted from one of the Elemental Kings.
